I'm Yasmeen Hajat, the dedicated Specialist Wellness Counselor registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP) behind Equanimity Wellness Counselling.
My mission is to support you on your path to holistic well-being and resilience. My name is Limor Katz, and I am dedicated to supporting your child's holistic wellbeing as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor.
I am registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP), and I specialise in working with children and adolescents, empowering them with skills to navigate life's challenges effectively.
Through personalised online counselling sessions tailored to your child's unique needs, I employ a systems approach to counselling. This approach is focused on equipping clients with the tools to not only overcome present obstacles but also to cultivate resilience for the future.
My ultimate aim is to create a safe, compassionate environment where your child feels truly understood, heard, and validated. It is within this nurturing space that healing and personal exploration can flourish.
